Voting Question: MSW - UC or State System?

Hi! I recently graduated with Master in Public Administration option in Management at California State University East Bay and I am thinking about applying to MSW program sometime next year. After working for four years in corporate world as an accountant, I have decided this filed is not for me. Since I grow up in the system, I would like to come back to my community and help! However, I am conflicted between UC and State schools. UC Berkeley has a great MSW program however it cost more than CSU East Bay and CSU San Jose State. Not to mention, I already have a student loan from my previous degrees.
