Resolved Question: Is the USA no longer a white European culture western country?

I just looked at the US Government and only about half of them are what I would classify as white. Also whites are minority in all these states (California, Texas, New Mexico, Hawaii) and in all these cities (New York, Baltimore, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, New Orleans, Memphis, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Detroit, Milwaukee, Chicago, St. Louis, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, Denver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, Miami and many more) White Americans were an OVERWHELMING majority in all those cities as recently as 1960.
